Smart guy poor service

I scheduled an appointment for 8 am and they didn`t actually start anything until 9:15am, to me that is very poor customer service. When I walked in the shop at 8 this morning they looked at me like I was an alien or I didn`t speak English, this right here will deter me from coming back or recommending this shop for anyone. I just paid my bill and left.

Very happy

Recently had my wife`s 2005 Mariner here for service. They had to replace the alternator....which is no easy task on this vehicle. I was impressed with the quote and even happier with the final bill..as it was cheaper than quoted. Great mechanics and great managment. As long as I live in Rockford they will have me as a customer.
