My son goes to Ferris. Had a blow out on the highway just outside of Big Rapids at 5:30 on a weeknight. He called me, I did a quick on line search and luckily came across Big Rapids Tire. Called them just when they were closing for the day (hot, humid high 90s mid June). Spoke with Andrew who said he would stay open until my son got there on his spare. Above and Beyond

I have gone to their garage because they are honest and willing to help people out when they are in trouble. They go the second mile to make sure your needs are being met or exceeded. They have stayed open late for me on a holiday weekend, they have waited on payment because I forgot to bring the right credit card, they are always thorough. Great service and products!

A first rate tire/brake and front end shop. I`ve been doing business with them for 18 years and am completely satisfied with their prices and customer service. They know what they`re doing and go out of their way to keep customers satisfied.
