My car was the fourth one we had bought from them. It`s also the first car my father has not gone in personally to pay for. The problems I had noticed within the first month were that the speakers were popping loudly, the alignment went out, and the locking and unlocking mechanics did not work correctly. Kurt indirectly called me a liar on multiple problems I pointed out with the car, stating I must have been off a s... view moretation which was causing the popping then later stating he did not hear it to which my answer to that is when my cousin drove it to get it fixed she stated "I thought I was being shot at." He refused to fix the alignment because it had gone out after I bought it, and I have recently learned it went out because the ball joint is bad. He first told me the car locks were designed the way they were working, and when I politely asked again he yelled at me,"You can take it down to a dealership, and pay seventy bucks for them to tell you the same thing." He was also very disrespectful and rude to my mother. After asking him multiple and reasonable questions about my car including the fact that he wanted me to pay another thirty five dollars after signing my contract because he did not keep his papers up to date, he literally yelled at my mother and me. Which each problem I noticed Kurt gave me hassle about why there was nothing wrong and it must be something I am making up. He was continually giving me no nonsense reasons, treating me like I knew nothing, and plain out disrespecting my family. On their page it saw "Customer Satisfaction is Job One!! Don`t work with Kurt.

Buy at your own risk...

We bought a pickup truck with low miles in decent visible condition from them about 3 years ago. At time of sale, Salesman gave us the little old lady routine. All fluids had been changed, which included transmission. Six months into ownership trans fluid was jet black. (We towed a 600 pound jetski on occasion for short distances, which according to my mechanic would not have had any effect; the damage had already be... view moreen done.) Transmission failed approximately 3 months later, (after yet another fluid change). Seems to me they knew this issue existed, however still sold the vehicle without mentioning it. The lot felt a little high-pressure, low quality t me. I won`t do business with them again!
