Bought a 05 impala in 2005 with 130k for around $5k. Best money ever spent! Car had a few minor issues but NOTHING major!! Would Def. Recommend!

Went to Big Boys Toys of Montr...

Went to Big Boys Toys of Montrose to buy a car. Got a 2001 Ford Taurus for $3300, not a bad price, it looked great and ran great. Then the problems started about a month later. Motor blew cost over $1000 Belts in tires were shot $250 Rear shocks fell apart $800 Front brakes warped $150 Serp belt, idler pulley, belt tensioner $250 battery died $120 all this in about 7 months $2570 all together!! A used car... view more needs work thats understandable, but when the shotty body work started falling apart I figured I`d call and see what the dealer can do being as they OWN a body shop. I called the owner and explained all the trouble I had asking her to help me out on repairing the body work and her first response was "what do you want me to do about it". I asked for some sort of a discount not asking to do it for free and she began screaming at me and telling me that even though she OWNS the body shop she can only give me a 15% discount on any work. I was treated TERRIBLY at this dealer, they were not sympathetic AT ALL that the car I bought from them is falling apart and leaving me stranded constantly. She just gave me attitude and screamed at me, I never raised my voice or gave any attitude to deserve that. Im not asking for money I`m asking for understanding and a little help, and this dealer will offer only the opposite. STAY AWAY FROM BIG BOYS TOYS!!! THEY OWN A COLLISION SHOP WHERE DO YOU THINK THEY GET THEIR CARS!?
