Terrible place to purchase a v...

Terrible place to purchase a vehicle. If you are considering purchasing from these morons I suggest you save yourself the hassle and just light your money on fire. Everybody that works there either seems to be on drugs or have dropped out of school in the 7th grade. They are liars and cheaters, they sold my 18 year old sister a Hybrid vehicle which they had no knowledge on. The paperwork they had from their purchase ... view moreof the vehicle stated the various problems with the vehicle to which they did not share this knowledge. Immediately after purchase the vehicle began to overheat and come to find out there was a major problem with the battery cooling system as well as the A/C. The warranty which would "cover anything that could go wrong with it" was worthless. Repeatedly assured us that they would cover the cost of repairs and then waited until the repairs had been made to play a cat and mouse game of he said she said, sticking us with the bill. We are still attempting to have some kind of contact with the actual owner, but in true douche bag style these derelicts have refused to even provide us with his name. At no point in this 3 month fight have we actually received a call back from "Jamie" the salestard that we dealt with, every single call had to be initiated by us. The vehicle was taken to Milne Ford to be repaired due to their incompetence, at which point they had us pull it out of there (incurring a $90 assessment fee in the mean time) in order to take it to another shop which they claimed they would then pay for the repairs. After these repairs were completed and we were left with the obligation of paying the shop for their services, Jamie informed us that the boss was unwilling to part with any of the money for the repairs. These people are complete hacks, from the porter to the boss. Needless to say, we will be pursuing legal action under the Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices Law. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
