Universal Automotive has a new owner and Management since Nov. 2010 and I have had the best of luck with service at this repair facility. They are very professional at service and repairs and seem to have a lot of experience with all makes of cars.

DONT GO HERE

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY QUOTED ME 150 TO REPLACE MY SHOCKS. I GAVE THEM MY PHONE NUMBER SO THEY COULD CALL ME WHEN THEY WERE DONE. I WAS SHOPPING AT GREAT LAKES CROSSING WHEN THEY CALLED, FIRST THING IS THEY ASKED FOR MY DEBIT CARD NUMBER. I GAVE IT TO THEM. THEN SHE SAID "OK ITS ALL PAID WE WILL LEAVE YOUR CAR OUTSIDE, WHERE DO YOU WANT THE KEYS?" I REPLIED "THE CENTER CON... view moreSOLE IS FINE, JUST LEAVE MY CAR UNLOCKED, THATS MY ONLY SET" THEN I ASKED HOW MUCH IT WAS. SHE SAID $255. I ALREADY PAID WTF! SO IM ALREADY PISSED, I GET DONE SHOPPING AND GO TO THIS SHADY AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. MY CAR IS PARKED OUTSIDE AND THE SHOP IS CLOSED DOWN. I GO TRY TO OPEN MY CAR AND GUESS WHAT? ITS LOCKED. THE KEYS ARE SITTING ON THE CENTER. NOT IN! ON IT. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT IN A SHADY PARKING LOT WITH THE KEYS IN PLAIN VIEW. I LEFT A NOTE ON THE DOOR, TELLING THEM TO UNLOCK MY CAR. I WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING TO MY PHONE GOING OFF. THEY SAID MY CAR IS UNLOCKED. I GO THERE. AND GUESS WHAT... THE TINTING ON THE INSIDE OF MY WINDOW IS TORN TO SH!T. AWESOME! I JUST WENT HOME PISSED, I DONT EVEN CARE ANYMORE. I JUST WANT MY CAR AWAY FROM THOSE BASTARDS. NOW HERE I AM. THAT PLACE SUCKED. YOU SHOULD TRY TO FIX YOUR CAR`S PROBLEM BY BEATING IT WITH A BRICK BEFORE YOU CHOOSE TO GO THERE. JUST DONT DO IT
