My window fell into the door, the motor was so bad it twisted the cable and made it snap. They fixed it for a little more than it would have coast me to get a different door and change it myself. They got me in same day and had it fixed promptly, they had cable T.V. and toys that kept my kid entertained while I logged onto the Wi-Fi and was able to do what ever I needed to.
