It can be hard to find a mechanic you can trust. I`ve been working with mechanics at 13 & Crooks Auto Repair for over 15 years, and I`ve always felt that they`ve been ethical and straightforward. You might be able to find a slightly lower price for a service at some other discount shop, but the prices here are quite fair, and the peace of mind knowing that you aren`t being ripped off is worth it.

It`s hard to find a place you can trust. We took both our cars for alignments and they did a great job. Very honest and very trustworthy.

Very disappointed

I was given glowing reviews about this location and recommendations to go there, however they have lost my trust 100%. When installing my tires they destroyed a plastic wheel nut and did not tell me, they broke a wheel speed sensor (and of course deny it) while installing sway bar links (now my ABS and TC are non functional) and lastly, my car still pulls to the left after an alignment.
