Sales team is good; however, the service department is not good and is why I would not buy another new vehicle here. Had oil changed here and then changed oil myself after 3000 miles - used filter was very dirty and heavy. Extremely over tightened lug nuts on wheels after tire rotation. Used refurbished parts on a warranty job and then charged fee for "diagnostics" on a warranty repair. Would not recommend ... view morethe service department at Anschuetz.
