I called to talk with someone about getting a possible estimate on some brake work and the person I talked to was the rudest person I have EVER talked to in my life. Infact he even hung up on me. I would NEVER recommend him to ANY of my friends. All I wanted was an close possible estimate on a master brake cylinder, which is about a $8 to $10 part, and I needed an estimate on labor. He kept telling me I had to b... view morering it in. I explained I had no brakes to bring it in. If he would have given me a possible cost not actual, I would have had it towed over, but instead he was rude and lost business by hanging up on me. If he wasn`t the owner, then he needs to be fired and I am gonna turn this over to the BBB..
