I don`t know what`s wrong with some people when you go to a mechanic is because you don`t know what`s going on with your car these guys are the best so far I`ve been up and down Chicago Drive and all there is there are a lot of a ripoff mechanics. 1 stop tells what`s wrong with your car and how much it cost to fix it. Its up to you to decide if you want them to fix it or not. these guys have plenty of work going on t... view morehey don`t need you coming back for the same thing. I will continue to use and recommend them to everyone I know. Trust me I`ve seen a lot of "mechanics" these guys have my business...

I am rating this place a zero....

I am rating this place a zero. I had gone to Auto Zone on 28th St because my 4-wheel drive wasn`t working and I wanted them to run a diagnostic test. They said because I didn`t have any visible lights on the dashboard there was nothing for them to test. Bill at Auto Zone said I should take it to One Stop Auto a block down the street and have them test it. I said, "how much does that cost?" He said, "oh... view more nothing. Just tell them Bill sent ya." Ok, so I went there, explained the problem and a guy took my keys and drove my SUV into the shop. He came back a few minutes later and said he checked a couple obvious things but didn`t find anything so he would have to do a diagnostic test and that would be $75. I said, "I`ll pass on that, thank you anyway." He said "ok" and went back into the shop. He came back a few mintues later and said that my battery was dead. I said, "it was fine before I brought it here?" So then he asked how old it was, I said it was 2 yrs old. He said, "Ok, I`ll charge it for you." So he came back a few minutes later and said, "I can`t get it to start" and proceeded to tell me about their batteries, the warranty on them and how much they are. I said, "Look, my battery was fine before I brought it here. My vehicle better be out front and running in 5 mins!" And it was. Hmmmm...... I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone. Steer very clear of it.

Thanks Alot!!

I went in because my car was driving funny, they said i needed a a new part and an alignment, What THEY FAILED TO MENTION is that when you replace this part you should do both sides, because doing one side will pretty much F*** the other immediately.. So thanks alot you seemed like a good guy maybe your just as dumb as me, but i will never return and never recommend you.. In fact i will make sure no-one i know gets h... view moread...
