Bigd071369, i had the exact same experience. Worse sales experience ever, hidden fees, car cost me way more than what was quoted. Simply because they never have you sit with the smarmy salesman (Casey) and the finance guy together. Therefore when confronted with bogus price the sales guy says ""oh that is not what I meant"" sorry. And the finance guy says ""no way he couldnt have offered you that "" At one point ... view moreCasey just came right out and lied point blank saying he didnt say the things he said. I have never been so angry in my life, this was The Worst experience I have ever had as a customer in any capicity. If my car broke down today, and I had a choice to do business with them again or to go GRATA I would gladly buy a bus pass before I would ever give them my business. I have absolutely no plans on thaking my car there for the so called ""discount oil changes"" because if they are this dishonesty in the sales portion, I know they are dishonest as far as servicing your car as well. Went in and took the vehicle for a spin. Told them I liked it but was on a time constraint since I had to be to work at a certain time. The salesman and finance manager took advantage of that fact. The salesman and I shook hands to an agreed price, and then they waited until I had absolutely no more time to be there and rushed me through all the paperwork. Salesman never changed price to what we agreed on. I contacte... view mored via facebook and the sales manager was no help. Talked to him again on the phone and he was still no help. Claimed they record everything, but then delete it, when I asked about our conversations. The sales team I dealt with as a whole was horrible, and they do not care about customer satisfaction. They will keep you there until you are ready to leave then say here just sign here, here, here, and here. That way they can add more $ to what you previously agreed upon.
On another note in the Service Center they handled everything great!

Worst Body Shop experience EVER.......
This car shop is a ZERO. To just evaluate a care, they charge a fee. And it isn`t just one comprehensive evaluation, but they like to say that every problem that you request to have checked out requires a separate evaluation. So the charges begin to drop like rain and suddenly the customer finds themselves in a flood. They say they fix something on your vehicle and then when it really isn`t fixed, they want to charge... view more AGAIN to look at the car. When a customer calls to request for a re-evaluation, they rudely place them on hold so that they might feel less important or get to frustrated to stay on line long enough to have something performed in an appropriate time. And they definitely do not work with the customer`s timing or schedule. If a customer can`t pick up a car one night after repairs are completed, then the courtesy car offered suddenly becomes a rental car that they can charge for regardless of the customer`s circumstances. Atrocious. To make matters worst, a second item on the car that I had this shop service failed within three days of service, and the service manager refused to reimburse me the money that I was charged for the failed service. He replied to me that he didn`t know where I was coming from, but that refunds do not occur. These people are scheisters, and they don`t care about good customer service. Fortunately, there are other certified GMC body shops around to take my car to be serviced. I will never return to this shop, for a new/used car purchase, service, or otherwise.

Great Dealership
I purchased my 2002 Saturn VUE last year from Todd Wenzel Buick GMC and had a really great experience with the staff. The financial process was smooth and easy for me to understand all the little details, I get $9.95 Oil Changes everytime I come in and a free car wash. I`ve had other little minor service repairs here and there and continue to get great service. Bait and Switch - Unethical Sales Tactics
Called yesterday after seeing a posting on AutoTrader. Talked briefly with a salesman about the vehicle and the price then took my 8.5 month pregnant wife out into the cold and drove 30+ miles to test drive it. Took it for a test drive then made an offer. Was told the AutoTrader price was a ""misprint"" then asked if we would like to see something else. Avoid & go to BERGER
Service was awful! Take an extra min and go down the road to Berger! They did some work on my Transmission in my Blazer, and ""fixed"" it. Well they might have done that but when we drove it off the lot to go home we noticed it had an awful vibration to it. My husband called the tech. that we had been talking with and no call back, after 4 days still no call. I took the blazer in so they could look at . In two days after they fixed the transmission, it had stalled on my twice, my service engine light was blinking, and it was misfiring to top it off I had the vibration to deal with!!
