I bought a 99 dodge 3500 from ...
I bought a 99 dodge 3500 from this dealer. From day one they were honest, up front and kept communication open at all times. The entire crew is down to earth and puts no pressure on the buyer. I experienced a mechanical failure with the truck a couple miles from my home which was two hours away. Needless to say I was pretty angry. I called up RRR and explained my problem. They fixed it free of charge without any hass... view morele. Buying a used car can be stressful, you don`t know what to expect. If you buy from RRR Auto Sales you can expect a great buying experience and the assurance that they will do what is right even after the purchase has been made.

Aweful
They sold me a beautiful 2005 jeep grand Cherokee for 16,000 . They were great till I sighned those papers. First day I drove it got gas ( gas light was on) the starter blew . He did not want to tow it gave me a aweful hard time. Got it towed late for work no car for 3 days. Then starter went again lost it for a week. Then he blew me off . I had to go to jeep to bye one. Did then I found out I had a tranny leak the h... view moreole time . Brought it in to him he said no u don`t . I took it immediately to my machanic he said yes u do . A big leak and he showed me not only did i have a leak I was extremely low on tranny fluid. The car at the time I found out that I was low was because it was no longer shifting that good anymore. That`s how I found out that I even had a leak. I`m lucky jeeps can take a beaten cause if not my tranny would have been shoot to crap. He dident want to fix the tranny cause he would have to do it for free cause I was under the warranty. Also he gave me the car in vacuumed . Never I mean never buy a car from this piece of low life scum. I had to pay 600 to fix the tranny

Deceptive Practices...very poor work
They did not even change your brake pads I am sure. They do terrible work...quote you one price and then it winds up being a totally different number -- which is illegal -- Signed estimate with exact amount is the only thing that you are required by law to pay. This place is ridiculous. Its disgusting & dirty. I don`t think they even do what they say they are going to do. Had my car serviced here -- and was h... view moreaving problems with it....brought it to another shop -- THEY DIDN"T EVEN PUT THE CORRECT OIL IN MY CAR -- how sad is that --- ??? If they cant figure out what oil to use then how can you trust them with something like brakes? Which could injure you or someone else. I was told that they use the same oil on every car and truck...don`t even carry anything else...thats sad ....Skip this place....should be closed.

seems like a great deal... at first
They are very nice and helpful and seem to have a more reasonable price than other places. Too bad they don`t tell you all the work that actually needs to be done on your vehicle! I had my rear brakes done there (pads & rotors) because it was a convenient location. Since then I`ve had them re-done TWICE and the front brakes have not needed to be done in that entire time frame. The first time RRR re-did it f... view moreor free because it was only months after the initial job. The second time I was stranded in NY with brakes that weren`t safe to drive home to MA. I had to pay over $700 to AGAIN re-do the pads & rotors AND now the calipers. Turns out the calipers should have been re-done the first time around and the friendly people at RRR, while managing to tell me something about the calipers sticking, never told me they should be replaced. Had they told me, I would have said OK, do it. Take your car someplace else to find out what work needs to be done, and maybe THEN take advantage of the good pricing RRR has... don`t trust their evaluation of your vehicle`s needs.
