Lou`s Custom Exhaust in Peabody, Ma is now called Bay State Muffler. Same address, same staff. My Dad recommended I go here after I got an estimate from my regular garage to fix my loud exhaust. He had gotten the entire exhaust replaced and it was still loud. He went here and they cut into the exhaust and replaced one part, welded it back up and he was all set. I was told from my regular garage that it would cost ab... view moreout $600. I called Bay State Muffler and asked if I could get it checked out to see if I needed everything replaced. I came in today (Saturday!!) to see what it needed. They pulled my car up on the lift and told me all I need is a new muffler and the rest of my exhaust looked great. He told me it would be $150 I was thrilled. I was thinking that it was going to be $150 plus labor... Nope! It was including labor! I am a very happy customer! I will be going back to Bay State Muffler for any of my car`s exhaust needs and I am recommending Bay State Muffler to everyone I know!

Did a great job!

Called and they got me in within a few hours and I told them what I wanted and they did it without any hesitations. Great guys there, I would definitely go there again.

Fantastic Work!

The guys at Lou`s in peabody fixed my pathfinder. I was quoted over 800 bucks at other shops and at Lou`s they fixed it for 60 bucks! Not too good to be true. Instead of replacing my whole exhaust system like the other shops were going to do, they fixed only the piece that was broken and left the rest of the system alone. Needless to say, I have a few more dollar bills in my wallet for christmas shopping!

Great work

I brought my F150 and my wife brought her civic to Lou`s for repairs on hers and a custom job on mine. We had heard good things about these guys, but they wer really great. The work came out perfect, the prices were very fair, and they were really good guys. I wouldn`t go anywhere else on the north shore or exhaust work.
