Great dealer- No pressure

Easiest sales experience ever. Sales people were not pushy, dealership is clean and well appointed, and most of all things go smooth. Bought my jetta from them and not only was the price the best i could find, they had it detailed and tagged before i knew it. I would buy again. Even called me a year after i bought the car (to the day) and asked be how everything was going and if i was having any problems! I wasn`t an... view mored expect that i wont either! GREAT DEALER

Worst Volvo Service. Bad advisor: Jamie Richardson. Not recommended.

After 3 years of services, I was assigned a new advisor named Jamie Richardson. He is very unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible. I made an appointment to get my radio fixed. He asked if I really needed to order my parts. Obviously, that was the whole reason of me coming in the first place. He told me that he would call me when the parts arrived. When I did not hear from him, I called to see the status of the radio... view more. However, he informed me that he would keep an eye for it and call me to arrange the radio to be fixed. Much to my surprise, he never called until I called a week later. Finally, when I came in get my radio fixed, I waited for more than 2 hours in a waiting room that was filled with gas fume. Nobody in the service center bothered to clear out the air. After waiting for so long, I was finally told that Jamie Richardson had left for the day without informing me that my car was ready to take home. I find that very irresponsible and unprofessional.
