DiCiccos rips people off. Even my buddy told me not to go there but I didn?ˆ™t listen for some reason. I needed a new front bumper and light after an accident and met with Bob, the owner. He quoted me $900 and 2 days. I was in a rush so it sounded fine to me. 3 days later Bob still hadn?ˆ™t called to give me an update or anything. I call 2 times and he never calls back. I finally got him the third time only to find out h... view moree ordered the wrong side light and it would take another 2 days. Long story short, it ended up taking 8 days and costing $1800 for HIS mistakes. To top it all off, they did a terrible job and now I need to go to someone else to fix their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a terrible experience with the owner Bob at DiCicco?ˆ™s. I dropped off my Jetta on a Monday like he told me to so that he would have the parts there already. I got rear ended and needed to get the bumper replaced and one of the back lights. He said no problem?ˆ¦he could take care of it in 2 days for $450. I was happy since I wasn?ˆ™t going through my insurance as the accident was sort of my fault. By Thursday he stil... view morel hadn?ˆ™t called. I called Bob around lunch time which is when he decided to tell me that he ordered the back light for the wrong side. The company he usually gets his parts from apparently didn?ˆ™t have the correct light in stock until that morning. So he said he?ˆ™d have it ready by end of day Friday. He still hadn?ˆ™t called me on Friday around 4pm when I called and he still didn?ˆ™t have it done. He said they got super busy and he should get it done Monday. From Monday ?ˆ“ Thursday he was completely avoiding my calls. I?ˆ™d call from a different number and he?ˆ™d pick up and act all shady. It took a total of 13 days and ended up costing $1275. I swear they took advantage of me just because I?ˆ™m a female.

I dropped my car off for some minimal work to be done. I was told it would take 3 days no problem, and cost $1400. The insurance was not helping out on this or the rental so I emphasized how important it was to be fast and inexpensive. Day 3 came around and no one called me. Friday at 4 I called and he had a few more things to do before he closed for the weekend, so I was told to come in Monday to pick it up. Monday no call. At 3pm I call before I go just in case. I?ˆ™m told the wrong piece was shipped (or ordered) and he needs to re-order, another 3 days. 12 Days later, and a lot of him avoiding me, I finally got to pick up the car. The cost? $2,900. Never going there again. Totally felt taken advantage of.
