Not sure why these other guys had issues but my experience has been nothing but awesome. I was referred in from BMW of Norwood and pretty much these guys are THE pros for high end audio and Window Tinting! Weberth and Mike are very professional and clearly the team know their stuff. My initial install was a pretty basic head unit swap and I got it done at their Medford location. Two months later I went back for windows tinting and got it done at their Malden shop. The tinting was amazingly done, flawless and they got it done litteratly within an hour. Of course they take advantage of their computer cut device but still, it is mostly hand aplication and they got it ridiculously fast. I will be going back for some custom work as well as invisible radar detector install. Don`t buy the negative hype, this shop is A+, they are solid, they are growing and they are going very far. Keep it up guys!!

Terrible service ripp off

I have a Lincoln town car 2010. I went to these guys to install a remote starter in march 2010. I talked to these brazilian gentleman who is the owner of the place him and his wife run the place pretty much. They showed me few remote starters out of what they had in stock. I selected one they had available for 280.00 it was a compu star model 600 S. He told me it will take 3 hours to install. ? I said ok. An left ... view morethe car there.? ? They were suppose to call me when my car was ready with auto starter installed. I had to wait for five hours to get the job done. As I showed up after 4-1/2 hours when calling twice after three hours and it still wasn`t done. When I got there after four hours I found out they had taken another job after me and put that job before me. I complained about it as it is my business car used for transportation business ? They didn`t seem to care and only gave me one answer " it is almost done. When the car came out the starter did not work properly. After one time start n shut of with the remote it didn`t work right next moment. I was explained that it was just because it goes into the sleep mode right after one use. If this explained to me before I bought this I wouldn`t have wasted my time n money on ? Next day I was driving some executives from NFL at the Celtics game. Prior to the pick up my brand new car didn`t started even with the key start. With that I almost blew the job that i was doing. After juggling with the key and starter car finally started. Same ? day I went to the place back and found the same guy the owner there. I explained him the situation and I told him. I can not afford to have this starter in my car as it would cost me my business. Even after showing and proving that it wasn`t working properly. The guy didn`t want to uninstall the starter. He told me your car is brand new and they didn`t have the proper wiring diagram specifically for the 2010 quite yet but it should be out in a week or so. Not that I wanted to wait another week but as I am generally nice to people I gave it a chance. Starter kept giving me trouble. After not hearing from this guy for next 3 weeks and kept getting into troubles with car not starting with or without starter. ? I called back again I told them I wanted it out of my car I didn`t need this pain. They finally decided to take it back, but they would charge I almost felt cheated when they told me it would be 3 to 4 hour labour charges at $60.00/hour a total of $180.00 to 240.00 for labor, When the starter itself was $ 280.00. I decided to even pay that because it was hurting my business. Because the car wouldn`t start and give me trouble atleast twice a day. I made an appointment ? the following month. I was on my way to their place for the appointment and this lady who is wife of the owner called me, and told me that she is canceling my appointment because they took some work that afternoon. I told her I was going through business loss because of this starter and I just don`t want it in my car. I requested her if I could talk to the owner she told me that she was his wife and as he is in either army or national guard he had gone to his obligatory service and won`t be back till next two months and hung up on me. ? I gave up and decided to go to ford dealership to get expert help. Not that I got this lame starter uninstalled at Owens Lincoln in Dedham Ma for just $60.00 for labour got another ford certified ? installed for $240.00, 40 dollar cheaper. Electrician told me wiring done was extremely odd by auto tuners. I am happy with it ever since but wait..... I got stuck with the starter they gave Me for $280.00 with terrible service and run around and pain and suffering. it has been a year n i m stuck with loss of $280.00 and bad treatment.?

I was picking up a friend who was getting his windows tinted here when the owner talked me into programming my key-less entry remote FOB to work with an existing car starter that was installed by the last owner of my car to which I did not have remote for. He said it would only be 80.00 bucks and take no more than 1.5hrs. Sounded too good to be true, well it was. When I showed up for my appt, he would bump me for any... view moreone else who came in for a window tinting and I ended waiting for 3hrs on a beautiful Saturday. When I got home I tested out the remote starter from my second floor porch down to my car which was right outside my house, no dice. Turns out when you`re using a generic key-less entry FOB the range is note meant for a far distance thus making the remote car starter pointless as it would only work if you`re literally right next to the car. Then when I tried to manually start my car using my key, it stuttered! My car has never had a problem starting up. It took three tries before my car started with the key in the ignition. I drove back to the shop to be told he was closing up and to come back next week. Well today I went back and he pretty much told me it was not his problem and that my problem is a defective key that I need to get fixed on my own. I ended up paying a locksmith another 65.00 to reprogram my key and now magically my key-less entry FOB will not start the car. The locksmith informed me you can`t use this type of remote for a car starter and that any honest installer should know this. So all this was for nothing but wasted time and money. Stay away from this bogus place.

Affordable Tinting

My friend got his tinting done from here and got the best deal out of all the other surrounding tint shops. He`s still very happy with his tint.

Window tinting at its bad

These guys are okay, not great; did my honda car window tinting; right from day one bubbled up; took it to them, still couldn`t fix it. Price is cheap, they do work hard but finishing not that what everyone expects.
