Highly Recommend!

I went to their lot looking for a fuel efficient, affordable, reliable, and safe vehicle. I started looking at the VW and other vehicles thinking I couldn`t afford a Mercades or BMW. Another Unhappy Customer

I bought a used VW GTI, They said they checked everything out and serviced the car. Right after the warranty expired the Check Engine light came on. They said the vacuum hoses were rotted and charged me $500 to change them. That should have been noticed by them before they sold the car when they said they checked everything. And $500 for hoses? 3,000 miles after buying the car, I went to have the oil changed at ... view moreanother shop. They told me that whoever changed the oil last had stripped out the threads on the drain plug. Motorcars was the last one to change the oil. I would not go back to Motorcars for service. They are too expensive and they are not thorough or truthful. I would not buy a car from them again.
