I purchased a 2007 Ford Edge from this dealership at the end of October. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have driven LESS than a thousand miles. I have had a variety of problems wrong with my car: both brake pads are about 85% worn, the tires are absolutely horrible, and the battery leaks acid. I took my vehicle into my dealer just yesterday with my concerns, and he told me enlightening things. 1.) He cannot bel... view moreieve that this car dealership even let me drive OFF THE LOT with the tires as worn as they are. He said the tires on the vehicle when I bought them were the original tires placed on the car when brand new, and were unbelievably worn down/not safe to be driving around in, especially snow. 2.) The brake pads, both front & back are 85% worn, which will last me another month tops. This was not caused by me, due to my lack of driving the vehicle since purchasing. This dealership does not care about human safety - all they care about is getting a deal, and getting their money. Their "100,000" warranty is a joke and doesn`t cover much. I now have to replace everything that the dealership should have done before I was able to drive off.. If you are searching around for a car, do not even go here if it is your last resort. They will literally put your life at risk for the sake of making a deal. It is completely immoral what they have done to me, as one can assume when they purchase a vehicle from a dealership they will not have problems with the vehicle for quite some time - especially problems that the dealership should have taken care of beforehand.
