Our Camry engine failed after being serviced for years here. We were immediately directed to sales. The owner`s son, Jake Wagner, told us not to donate the car because he was looking into wholesaler prices for a trade in. We were assigned a sales guy, test drove a couple of vehicles and were told to leave our Camry on the lot. Never got a call back about the trade in value on the Camry and decided to donate it at... view more the end of this week. Got a message from service tonight to get our car off the lot. It took minutes for someone to even answer the phone when I returned the call. Finally got through and was told that the sales department would be open until 9 pm. I had to give a credit card over the phone because they claimed we owed them $47. My husband got there at 7:30 pm to meet the tow truck. Then they decided to close early and tried to kick my husband off the lot. Jake Wagner was there. No apologies except for "the confusion". He blamed the sales guy for not getting back to us on the trade in value. Horrible people. They will never get our business again.

They were great from start to finish.I bought a real nice used camry in about 60 painless minutes.My salesman Tom O was excellent. He was straight up and honestly answered
all my questions. I tell all my friends what a great dealership Norm Wagner is and what a great salesman Tom O is. Find out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I had arranged to have my car serviced at Norm Wagner, it was a perfect arrangement: Drop off the RAV 4 and have it serviced and repaired while I was on my honeymoon. Norm Wagner Toyota was recommended from a friend and my RAV 4 needed service desperately.
The car dealership is conveniently located parallel to Route 2 on Old Union Turnpike, Lunenburg, Ma. It is a huge red and white modern building with every color ... view moreand style of Toyota imaginable. I was excited because we were looking for a first vehicle for my step son. Thinking when I pick up my RAV 4 from service we could spend some time looking at used cars for Travis.
The sales people courteously directed me to the repair services. I was assigned a Service Coordinator; He will be in charge to ensure my car will be service with quality and the most efficient way possible. He gathered the information the usual name address make and model and asked what service I needed. I explained: 100,000 mile services, rear brakes, shocks and a new battery for the remote. Explaining to him I would be away for two weeks on my honeymoon and expect to pick up my car upon my return. He chuckled as he assured me the RAV 4 would be ready in a few days but it was OK to have my car in the lot until I returned. I left feeling confident and trusting my RAV 4 was in good hands and could focus on the wedding and honeymoon.
Upon my return, Monday the 27th I call the dealership to inquire about the costs of repair prior to my arrival. After being transferred to four different lines a person informs me that my Service Coordinator has taken two personal days, I should try to reach him on Wednesday. Are you F_ _ _ ing kidding me? Thinking this to myself

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
Avoid this dealership at all costs. The salesmen are sleazy and they do not honor prices listed on their own website!
The service department lies, takes twice as long as neccessary, does a half-a** job and tries to rip you off at every turn. Something that they tell you will take 30 minutes takes well over an hour. Something that takes 2 hours you are there almost 4!! They never balance or align your tires WHE... view moreN they rotate them (I marked my tires on one visit and they were still exactly in the same place, even though I was told they were rotated). One poor experience after another. Will never step foot at this dealership again.
