Beware! Avoid this dealer! I bought a used car here and the engine light went on the next day. I also found out I needed new front and back brakes. When I tried speaking with the dealer, he screamed at me, hung up, then turned off his phone. He was extremely unreasonable. If you want to avoid a lot of aggravation, I would stay away.

I had a horrible experience. I called this auto dealer from florida to purchase a vedhicle that was being advertised in craigslist for my daughter. Told him I had to borough the money by applying for a loan. He asked me for a down payment to hold the vehicle. After the loan was approved I called him to let him know that the loan was approved and the day I was getting there. He did help me out by picking me up at the... view more airport "that was part of the deal in order to purchase the vehicle and take it from the dealer to my daughter. When I got there the vehicle was not ready for pick up, even though I gave him sufficient time to do so. The driver`s lock was not working (did not lock and I was told to take it and check what was wrong with it and bring it back that it would be fixed because of the 30 day lemon law. I was also told that it needed a oil change and tune up, muffler was damaged, emergency break line was inoperative and was adjusted while I was there and it stoped working the next day when I called and explained the problem I was told it was my fault that I broke it because he had fixed it. I noticed the transmission was leaking the next "which I looked under the vehicle and did not notice the leak when I was in Premier Auto Group" inspecting the vehicle". I guess there are ways to get around that... I took the vehicle to Transmission Specialist and was told that the transmission fluid leak was coming from the cooler lines that go from the transmission to the motor and that the vehicle was NOT driveable. Spoke to this individual called Chico (owner) and explained the problem to him. He said to get it towed to the shop to take a look a ti but that he would not pay for the tow. I told him the price and asked him it we would go half and half on the fixing of the vehicle and he replied that I was getting charged to much and that he would not go half and half. I had to pay for the vehicle getting fixed and had an upset daughter at me. I should have noticed he was unethical when he put the incorrect price on the title so I could supposely save some money on the taxes "something I am not proud of", but now I see why he (Chico) did it.. This person that goes by the name of Chico "which is not his name at all" was totally unreasonable and should not be trusted at all. I told him (Chico) that I would see him court if he did not fix the rest of the problems although minor they needed to get done before the 30 days and he told me to stop calling him. I had my daughter call him and he told her to drop it off and leave it on a friday and my daughter asked him that if she took it early in the morning and waited until the repairs were done and he replied that he did not know how long it would take and the he had no mechanic on the weekends. I then called him and told him that my daughter needed the car for work and that the job could be done in less than a day and that if he did not finish that day that my daughter would take it home and bring it back another day where it would be convenient for both of them, but he declined once again. So I guess I`ll see him in court. By the way I checked the Better Business Bureau and PREMIER AUTO GROUP has the lowest rating that could be given and is not credited with the Better Business Bareau. I should have checked before doing business with this Auto Dealer even though he should honor the repairs due to the 30 day lemon law that protects consumer from individuals like this.

Had a terrible experience. Car looked good and ran decent during test drive. It failed inspection miserably and when I brought it to a mechanic he said the car should never have been sold. It belonged in the junk yard due to frame and underbody rot. My fault for not verifying condition before the purchase but when I called to return the car the first response was `NO REFUND`. Then I explained the Lemon Aid Law i... view moren MA that allows a buyer to get their money back if it fails inspection and you follow all the documentation and notification processes within 14 days. The tune changed a little but it was contentious until the end. I got most of my money back but I was out 2 days of work, sales tax, documentation fees, registration fees and he stiffed me on the towing charge - all total more than $500. After I got the check he said `we never should have sold that car`. No kidding. These guys are not to be trusted.
