I have sent my seat belts to myairbags and they came back UNREPAIRED. I paid the shipping THERE & BACK! Safety Restore repaired both of them for less, and with absolutely no problems. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Terrible company

I sent in my seat lets for repair a month a go and am still waiting for an answer on where they are. If you are reading this than stay away from this company. They are terrible at customer service, maybe that is why their BBB rating is a D. I will file a aim with the BBB too. Terrible terrible terrible company.

I placed my order online at safetyrestore.com on the 2nd of October, got my receipt in the e-mail and sent out both of my front seat belt sand an airbag unit that same day. On Friday, (2 days later) I received an e-mail stating that they received my parts, and the "repair is in progress". I was expecting it to be shipped within 24 hours (according to their website), but no it shipped that same day! Literally 2 hours ... view moreafter that e-mail, I received a tracking number with UPS. Sure enough Monday came, and I got the package. It was well wrapped, and sealed. I took the seat belts and the module to my mechanic, installed it and my airbag light went off! The seat belts were unlocked, and retracted smoothly. My Honda is now back on the road... All for $185, which includes the return shipping. One new seat belt alone would be $375 at a dealer. Absolutely the best service.
