Excellent Service

I spent a week trying to find a part that no one in the city seems to even be familiar with, or if they are familiar, were still willing to sell me the wrong part knowing it wasn`t going to work (and talked down to me for not being a car expert). Someone pointed me toward Speed Shack thinking they may have what I need. I called ahead of time, the person on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and had what I needed i... view moren stock. I wasn`t able to pick it up for a few days, but when I went in he remembered me, got the part off the shelf for me, explained its contents to me without treating me like an idiot. I will go back in the future, and would even be willing to pay more to go there than a place that might be a few bucks cheaper.

I will not shop there again.

While they do have a decent variety of slightly higher end products, their return policy of store credit ONLY and 20% restocking fee has convinced me to never EVER even think about shopping there ever again. Too bad, since I work just down the street and like taking care of my own car. So if you do shop there, make sure it`s exactly what you want. Because they won`t issue you a full refund, and you`ll be stuck wit... view moreh store credit. They`ve lost my business for life.

DONT GET TINT DONT HERE!!!

I got my tint done here, they use inferior product. It started to fade after a year, I got opinions from other vendors, they said they specifically use bad tint. I went in to get it redone under the warranty, no luck. Get it done at precision sound in dedham, ma its a town over
