Great Deal from start to finish

I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Edge. The transaction was smooth from start to finish. I got a great finance rate of 2.99% The car was ready when promised. My salesman was great. He explained everything to me. Even the owner of the dealership made sure I was happy. My wife will need a new car soon. KR will be the place I start looking for it.

I went to this dealer based on a recommendation from my brother. I bought a 2004 Hyndai Santa Fe. The car handled poorly on the test drive and the brakes were grinding. It went right back to the lot. My salesperson Bob assured me the car would be fixed upon my pick up on Friday, if I wanted it. I was told the vehicle would be ready the next day, but at 3:45 was that the back brakes and tires were being replaced and I... view more would need to wait until Saturday. I arrived an hour after my pick up time only to discover the car was still not ready. After an additional 1 hour wait I rece`d the key to the car and told the salesperson I needed to test drive it. He agreed but the drive last 5 minutes because he needed to get back to more customers. The steering still did not feel right. I took it home and had ny boyfriend drive it to confirm and sure enough the front end still was not right, I took it right back to the dealer and was told I would need to wait to make arrangements to have it worked on. This happened three times. I had just bought a car and had to get several rides to work in the first two weeks. The "brakes" were worked on 3 times 1 strut at a time was replaced and 1 ball joint. AFTER I took it to my mechanic to confirm it had issues. I was only given one key and the following weekend realized the key only opened the drivers side door. I was told not my problem we only fix safety issues. And the $200.00 referral my brother was supposed to receive has been sitting on the "KIngs" desk for over two weeks waiting for a signature. I would advise anyone that is looking for a used car if at all possible go to a "REAL" dealer.

Rip off

I drove through heavy traffic to get to this dealership to test drive a car. I was looking at the car and the guy said he needed some info before hand. They wanted all my details including social security number and I hadn`t driven the car yet. I guess this is their way of telling if they should waste their time on you. I denied them my social until I test drove it. The manager was going crazy because I wouldn`t give... view more it to him.
I test drove the car and liked it so we went in to run numbers. The payment he wanted me to pay was astronomical. I could pay less for a new car. After running the figures through my head, in four years I will have paid for the car twice. I don`t know where they get their finance charges but they are insane.
Want a reasonable interest rate and payments, avoid this place like the plague.

Thieves - Don`t buy from them!

My wife and I bought a vehicle from these guys. Not even 48 hours later the check engine light goes on and the car starts shaking like it`s going to shut off any second. Took it back to them. They said they would fix it. We went to pick it up and it wouldn`t even start up. After they worked on it again, We picked it up and took it straight to our mechanic. HORRIBLE AND MISLEADING

Everything about this dealership is misleading. they promised the world when it came time to buy the car and then come to find out it was all lies. they promised free oil changes when i asked for that in writing the sales man and manager stated every Isuzu has that you dont need a form. (i should have gotten a form). come to find out they only cover up to 24.95. and there oil changes are 50.00 each.
