worst service ever, rude , UNPROFESSIONAL

This guys are awful especially the manager, try to avoid their services by any change,i will tell you why. First my car was towed, when i get there with 130$ cash to pay them, the manager told me to ""to hurry the f up an not ask so many questions because he is watching the hockey game"" im not joking about that one. They all was rude and unprofessional. Finally when i took my car back they did a damage on one of the... view more pipes under it. I was calling them for 5 days to get their insurance information so i can get my car fixed. Everyday they was telling me that they cant give me that information and hang the phone on me. At the end they told me why you waited 5 days ? I couldnt believe what i just heard. Of course they told me its impossible to be their fault to break the pipe and they will not cover the damage. This is what really happened im serious about that. Try to avoid their service by any change. Unbelievably rude people , lairs , playing with the laws by not providing insurance information. Always make a quick inspection before or right after you drive your car out of there that will safe you paying for damage they did from your own pocket.

Sketchiest ""Company"" Ever

Sketchy, Frightening-I didn`t feel safe being around the driver. He made me feel nervous and he appeared to be in a frantic state. He also tried to charge us for tolls (which were included with the tow service.) I would NEVER recommend this ""company."" There is NO way I would have gotten in the truck with the driver. *I wish they didn`t make me give a star when I had to rate this tow company.

rude, inconsiderate, sketchy tow company.

these guys are awful. i know a number of people who have been towed by these guys and they`re rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. sometimes they say its 30 bucks, 50 bucks, 75 bucks, 90 bucks? What? And my roommate was towed once.... the response.. ""it`s 110 bucks and no we don`t have change.""- RUDE.

Great Service!

I called AAA and D & D arrived because of the ice built up around my car in the road the tow driver couldnt set the tow thing up under my car. But instead of giving up the driver spent 20 minutes starting my car and pushing me out of the snow. Anyone else would have given up after they failed to set up the truck because of the ice. Going the extra mile these guys go ten.

Best service of any tow companies!

This company D&D Towing is the absolute best way to go for a jump start, flat tire,or any kind of tow, I can personally tell you how great the guys are at this facility, and your in luck they do AAA! Although if you do something stupid and park where you are not supposed to then you probably deserve to get your car towed, and it aint cheap. so do the right thing and call these guys they are very good! Right Donald!
