I needed to buy a car for my teen son so he can get to work. I looked several places and had a tight budget. I bought a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix from Villari, also known as Volare Motors, on Park Avenue. They brought it for an inspection and it passed but I`m fairly sure they just know a sticker guy. By the time my son drove it home, it stalled out...in traffic. He`s a new driver so imagine if he wasn`t aware or had n... view moreo clue what to do. I called and told him the we stopped at an auto parts store--they found that the oxygen sensor was bad and that another major part was unhooked, making it stall out. Upon inspection, the parts were so old and worn out that they weren`t going to work at all. It ran fine for the test drive (5 min), so I suspect he did something to get it to run temporarily before I paid him $2400. I was told by Mr. VOlare they would get replacement parts. Two days later, I got the parts. Both used. They were both for a different car. Drove 30 minutes back and asked them to please get me the right parts. We had to wait the weekend to go back ... now more than a week with a car that didn`t work. Went back that Monday, got the parts. Took them to a mechanic (he wouldn`t fix it) and one part was so bad that the mechanic said it was worse than the broken one in the car. The oxygen sensor was the wrong part. I then faxed Mr. Volare a note telling him I needed the RIGHT parts, listing what they were. A month later, no reply. Every time I call he`s "AT THE AUCTION." I am a single Mom with a son that needs to get to work. I blew $2400 that I can`t afford to lose on this scam artist. My son is now waiting to get the car fixed when we can both afford to do so.

thieves and scumbags

Do Not buy one of their cars!the cars are auction garbage then they tell you to screw if you bring it back to get it fixed
