Excellent Service

I have been going to Quinn`s for the last 3 years and have always been provided with excellent service. I always get a call with a quote so I can approve the repair in advance. The work I`ve had done there has met my expectations and always at a reasonable price. A special thanks to Keith for a job well done.

I took my Rover in to these gu...

I took my Rover in to these guys to replace the head gasket. It took them about 4 days (about what I would expect). After I go the Rover back I noticed a burning smell. It was the breather lines. They did not put them back where they go and they where left next to the exhaust manifold. 2 weeks later I was in VA and the Rover shutdown. The dealer in Richmond told me that the had broken the inertia cut off and had tape... view mored it back to fire wall. They also found that the throttle cable had been put back on wrong (making it pinch and kink), The spark plugs where the wrong size and gaped incorrectly, The secondary air pump was not tightened and leaking, the coil pack was just sitting loose on the back of the intake (missing the bolts), the right side exhaust manifold has 2 stripped bolts, and the right side down-pipe was loose from the manifold causing it to warp and crack. All and all it cost me $1600 at the dealer to fix what they did wrong. Also the safety factor or the cut switch and the throttle cable. Yea the head job was done well but they did not put everything back the way it should be and so it cost me 2 times.

Very Happy

I shopped around for tires and these guys were the only ones that took the time to explain the difference between tires they offered, everyone else I went to just seemed to want to make a quick sale and when I asked questions they didnt seem to want to be bothered. I ended up buying a set of Goodyear Comfortreds for my Lexus and I couldn`t be happier! 80,000 mile treadlife warranty and I got 0% financing. Great Service

I`ve been to a number of Repair Garages over the years and these guys are by far the best! Very honest and fair! They even give me a ride to work when I drop my car off for repairs.

Total rip off, did not disclos...

Total rip off, did not disclose all the little extras that put my bill through the roof. I would bring my car to the junkyard before having it repaired here.

The best!

Conveniently located and easy to get to. These guys are the best. We bought both of our cars at Quinn`s Automotive and we also have them repaired here. They never overcharge and always fix the problem. Highly recommended!
