Great service & price
I was looking for low price and good value. I got it all including great service. Very honest and professional

Bad service, highway robbery
Bad idea. I took my Intrepid here in July to have them look into an abnormal noise from the left front wheel during braking--my first issue with the car in 3 or 4 years. I figured the brake pad might be up for a replacement. Instead, they insisted that I have to replace all four pads (even though the other three still had plenty of metal left) and both the front rotors--again, nowhere near the end of their useful... view more life. Then they started to convince me that my calipers were no good, either. Total bill I was supposed to swallow? $740. I`m a mechanical engineer, so I saw through this highway robbery and refused to let anything but the front pads be worked on. Since they couldn`t get me on parts, they held my car up on the lift an extra 45 minutes and billed me twice the labor time.
Not going here anymore.

Great Service!
I just purchased 4 new tires and got an alignment done. The price was excellent. The service was timely and very professsional. I live in the area and drive by frequently and finally stopped by to get some tires. I received quotes from two other places and recieved the best quote, plus great work. I`ve gone to other tire dealers before and never liked the treatment until now.

terrible service, avoid if possible
We bought a new set of tires, had them mounted, and asked them to change a broken lightbulb. The tires were mounted fine, but the lightbulb was not replaced (they insisted they were unable to find a broken lightbulb). Moreover, apparently in their efforts to find the broken lightbulb, they unscrewed one of the blinker lights. When we picked up the car, they explained that the blinkers were no longer working correc... view moretly (they flash at twice the rate when one of the bulbs is out, to warn the driver that there is a problem), and this was a problem that only a specialized mechanic could handle.
After we found the correct tools and bought a replacement lightbulb from a dealer, we were able to change the broken bulb in <5 min. Fixing the blinkers took longer, because we didn`t know what the problem was, but we eventually noticed that the bulb was simply not screwed in correctly.
Since this incident, we`ve spoken to friends who have mentioned similar sub-par service. One friend failed his state inspection because a hose was supposedly faulty; when he took it to another mechanic, he couldn`t find any problems with it. Century is convenient to Harvard, but it`s definitely worth going someplace else. You`ll save yourself time in the long run.
