Our knowledgeable staff (Ed, Arthur, and Scott have over 20 years combined experience at the former Hatch & Sons) and our 12,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with the latest in service technology and customer amenities are all dedicated exclusively to the service and mechanical restoration of your Mercedes-Benz product. For those customers who would like to wait for their car servicing, we have a waiting room with a 42" high-definition television with 70 cable channels and Bose surround sound system, and a Flavia machine to enjoy coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.
We also have a customer "virtual office" with two desks, a computer workstation, and free Wifi.
Located toward the back of the office is a children`s activity room, complete with a writing table, plentiful toys, games, and a chalkboard wall.
