In 1955, at the young age of 26, Richard Mastria Sr. became Taunton`s promising new Chevrolet dealer. Located on Rte 44 on the way to Seekonk, Mr. Mastria established himself as one the most outstanding dealers to serve the Taunton market. He represented Chevrolet for 27 years. During his time as a dealer, Mr. Mastria`s young son Rick spent endless hours shadowing his father, ultimately learning the business from the ground up. Impressed with Rick`s knowledge and leadership skills, General Motors awarded Rick his own dealership in 1981, a Buick franchise located in Raynham on Rte 104. Rick was just 27 years old. In 1987, Rick acquired a Pontiac and GMC Truck franchise to add to his Buick endeavor. Rick`s outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction led GM to award him with a Saturn franchise in 1992. Rick built a new building on Rte 44 in Raynham to house Saturn and later moved his Buick, Pontiac, GMC Truck store to another new facility next to Saturn. In 2004, Rick was presented with the opportunity to expand his business by moving into the import automobile market. In one year`s time, Rick, along with his valued management team and loyal customer base, opened a Subaru and then a Nissan franchise, both located on Rte 44. Most recently, Mr. Mastria opened a Suzuki franchise to meet the needs of a growing population of buyers who are concerned with fuel efficiency without sacrificing performance and safety. All of Mastria facilities are state-of-the-art and are committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Rick`s stores have been honored with distinguished awards such as the Saturn`s Summit Award, GM`s Best in Class award and Mark of Excellence status. Rick has now been a GM dealer for over 26 years and the Mastria family is proud to have served the Taunton/Raynham area for over 50 years.Our stores and employees are recognized throughout the automotive industry. They lure you in with an offer...

They lure you in with an offer of invoice price and then get it back by shaving of thousands off of your trade. Their website says that they will offer you top dollar for your trade in vehicle and that is a bunch of you know what! Not to mention it is like the three stooges when it comes time to prepare paperwork, i.e., title, registration, RMV1, etc..... Truely a buch of clowns. I am amazed that they stay in bui... view moresness. The salesman and management staff are too busy telling you to rate them as very satisfied.... must have heard that over 10 times.... they should invest that time familiarizing the customer with the vehicle. But they get more money for the high rating, but get nothing for showing you anything about the car that isnt blatently obvious. Cadillac dealers in the area a scarce now a days, but I strongly urge you to spend the time and money to go to another dealer in either Hyannis, or Plymouth.

not a place to shop for a car...

not a place to shop for a car... Had a horrible experienced this people at Mastria Suzuki are not professional at all....they had me a deal and when i went to sign the contract and other paperwork, the car I was signing papers for was a totally different one than the one I test drove!!! But the CEO Mastria needs to be aware that his managers were going to take me as a fool.....is that legal???
