Don`t Buy A Car From This Dealer!!!

This is the worst dealership ever! Chris is a thief! He basically stole $8k from us! We bought a car in January which as it turned out had a bad transmission. Thankfully, it was still under warranty so Grava sent it out to be fixed and at this point we were giving them the benefit of the doubt. We had to rent a car in the interim (out of our pocket) and when we got the car back the same noise was still occurring. W... view morehen we asked about trading in toward another car they offered less than half of what we paid two months prior - I mean come on! We were treated very badly, basically robbed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. We bought a new car elsewhere from real professionals which Grava apparently does not hire! Oh, and lastly, don`t try to post a review on their own website because you can`t. Apparently, they choose what gets posted by whom because you cannot save it when your done. That`s o.k. Grava cause there are plenty of other sites to put reviews on and I intend on finding all of them!

Would recommend to everyone!

I went in for an oil change and an inspection sticker. Had wonderful service from when I walking in the door. I didn`t have an appointment and they were able to help me that day while I waited. I didn`t have to wait long, and drank their coffee and watched tv while waiting. I noticed people had laptops bc there is wifi! Overall it was a great place, everyone was very friendly.

A long time customer

Great service

Let me start of by saying after going to several dealerships because of a problem with my Chrysler Crossfire conv top and getting no answers, Grava was like a breath of fresh air! They took my (baby) and took great care of it. And John Lee, the mechanic fixed the top! (i am sooo happy about that!!) I am not having any problems with it now and I am so grateful! i`ll never go anywhere else

I dropped my Grand Cherokee off for service a couple of weeks ago. My Customer Service Rep kept me informed throughout the day with what they diagnosed, which was a few things due to wear and tear, they did all the repairs, picked up my Jeep by the middle of the afternoon and it was PERFECT.
