Crooks fraud bully

I had vehicle in there for a simple paint job it was keyed. We agreed on a price of 3600 my insurance paid them that than he wrote a supplest and got 11000 for a simple key mark touch up. (But he paid for a rental) so i thought untill 3 months later still have no vehicle and a rental manager calls saying they wont pAy and havent sense the 24th so i owe 770 dollars and need to return the car. I than said i have an iss... view moreue with the time he states if i have an issue grab a tissue. Told me for 3 month every month it will be done on the 18th it never has been i got upset drove by to see my vehicle has no windows no doors no tailgate and its been raining and it has been outside in the rain like that for over a month i asked for my vehicle back he refused to let any other shop work on it no money back not letting it leave unless i pay him another 8500 now i saod insurance gave u 11 he claimed he already used that money towards the car that hasent been worked on called WPD they said he has a long reputation with them for arrest and similiar issues Adam haddad also verified this when i called by threating my life and families telling me to read the paper he beats little pukes like me up and called me sgt cumbag because he knows i am an army veterAn. He than proceeded to say "sand ni**as like me had military baby killers" and now he has my address he will bury me and my family in a shallow grave and go home to his tons of money that he trips over walking in the door. I called around to diffrent attorneys in ma and EVERYONE. Of them has had a claim against him and has won that was 11 lawyers to be exact. This is all over an explorer having minor key marks on it.
