Best Service on the South Shore!!
Recently my Nissan Murano was the subject of a hit and run accident in a shopping mall parking lot. My friend and I can out to find my card had been plowed into and the other driver had taken off. My friend suggested I go to Quirk Auto Body in Qunicy as they have fixed several cars for her family. I called them the next day and the Manager Dean was very accomodating. I was so upset as I knew that this would be ... view morea harrowing experience. Dean arranged for me to bring the car right in. He called my insurance company, ordered all the parts, fixed my car in just one day. Sometimes when a car repair shop promises you 1 day service, it doesn`t happen, but Dean kept his word and the car was ready when promised. It looked like a new car when I picked it up. They even called me as soon as it was done. I didn`t have to keep calling to see if it was ready.. Again I want to thank all the guys in the body shop. Everyone was so nice and professional. A very stressful situation was made much easier by the staff at Quirk. If I happen to need repair work again, I will know who to call first! I intend to refer all my friends too!! A+++ service

I was in a fender bender that i was not very happy about. I called Quirk Imports and spoke with Mike in service. I Have been going there for years and have always had good luck. Mike suggested that i bring my vehicle to Quirk Autobody. He called Dean and let him know i was coming over and what a good customer i was to Quirk. Dean took care of EVERYTHING. I never thought it would be that easy. He called my insurance, ... view moregot me a rental, and my car looked great when i picked it up. Thank you so much Quirk. Great service again.

GREAT Service A TRUE story from the Heart
GREAT Service ! Well It happened! I was away on bussiness and my wife finally got in a small accident with our Brand New 2010 Mazda3. What should I do I thought, I told her to call Quirk Mazda where we purchased it and speak with Phil Ternello our salesperson. He directed me to the Service Manager Mike Grisolia. Mike told my wife not to worry there were experts on insuance and to bring it right in and he would take c... view moreare of all the necessary paperwork and get her into a rental right away.
My wife arrived at the Dealership and spoke with Mike he then explained the damage was really mimimal and there was no need for a claim. She Agreed to the repairs and a 7000 mile Maintenance service & tire rotation. After 1 Day she received a phone call stating the car was ready. WOW. She got the car back in 1 day and upon arival Mike took the time to go over the repairs and Expalain a few options that we still did`t know how to use since the car was still so new.
Thanks to Quirk, and the Serivce and Bodyshop at Quirk. YES THANKS for taking care of my family. yes Quirk Works for Customer Satisfaction.

Time-and-Time again Excellent Sevice after the Sale
My Most recent vistit to Quirk Ford was actually there Body Shop. I decided to return there since in all my previous visist`s Dan Abate and the Guys always made sure I was taken good care of. The Introduced me to Dean and took the vehicle in right away. I asked to be kept informed of the Major Snaffu I caused. They published very clear descriptions including photos, and complete progress everyday with clear indicatio... view moren of bad spots in need of repair. I was able to auhorized the repairs by texting them back.
When I contacted them with questions, they reacted fast, offered options and were very flexible in front of my conditions (like, ""please do not call me"").
They offered a reasonable price for al the repairs IIn short, they gave me reason to trust them, and when I went, they executed the deal fast and easily.
Flexible, straightforward, clear conditions, not high pressure sales, great service, a pleasure to deal with. I WOULD Service there again, and I WOULD buy again from them anytime.
Real Pleasure Guys, Thanks
Dan and Dean thanks for hooking me up !

NEVER use Quirk Auto Body
My husband and I purchased two brand new Kias from Quirk Kia in March 2010.
When I was in an accident on 6/19/10 my first reaction was to bring it back to the dealer to be repaired. After all it only had 3400 miles on it and I wanted it repaired correctly. That was the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life.
I was side swiped on the expressway when a girl from the third lane decided to try to get off the exi... view moret. My damage was the rear molding and the back door.
I dropped my truck off to be repaired and Chris told me they would have it 1-1.5 weeks.
It sat on the lot for almost two weeks before they even begun working on it.
I called, emailed but never a response. My dad and I drove by on a regular basis to see where it was and what the status was. We noticed the repairs seemed to be almost complete. I went by to look at it and the interior was completely trashed.
I had the following issues:
*My entire interior was covered with white stuff.
*My black floor mats were all white.
*There were white foot prints everywhere (including in the tailgate compartment where my jack is).
*There were grease stains and a big brown stain on my driver?ˆ™s seat.
*There were scratches in the paint (on the side they did not repair).
*There was a huge scratch on my hood.
*There was dull spots on the paint where they had wet sanded.
*There were areas that were all swirled because they buffed too much.
*There were areas that they did not blend the paint.
*My bumper was all scratched.
*The molding on my window was coming off.
I could go on and on.
I was beside myself. I sat there and cried because my brand new vehicle was ruined. Luckily my cell phone has a camera so I just took pictures of everything. I have about 30 pictures of all the damage.
I went home and sent emails and made phone calls but of course no one at Quirk cares.
I finally talked to Dean who I think is the manager and he stated that the insurance company does not pay them to clean the vehicles and that they do not clean them ?ˆ?the way I expect them to?ˆ?. I said that I expect my vehicle to be in the same condition it was when I dropped it off. He said he would have it cleaned and try to do something with the bumper. When I went to pick it up the bumper didn?ˆ™t look to bad. I took the vehicle because I did not want them to ruin it anymore. When I got home I washed it and the bumper looked worse than it did before they ?ˆ?fixed it?ˆ?. Their way of fixing it was to put Armour All on it so it looked ok when I picked it up but then washed right off.
So deceptive and dishonest.
I tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with Danny Quirk (the owner). I emailed his secretary no response.
Between my husband and myself and my dad we spent about $70,000 in vehicles since February 2010 and Quirk does not care.
Now it has been 6 weeks and $4000+ worth of damage.
I have my vehicle back but it`s still not right.
When I dropped it off it had exactly 3400 miles on it when I picked it up it had 3480 miles on it. It only went from Quirk Auto Body to Quirk Nissan to Quirk Ford and back to the Body Shop. For those of you who know Quincy that is not even .5 miles.
The best part of this story is that my GPS`s language was changed to African too.
This is absolutely the worst dealership to ever deal with.
They are unprofessional, rude, dishonest and just don?ˆ™t care.
I am still trying to get this situation resolved.
If anyone has any information that might be helpful please email me.
I am outraged by this. Quirk has no right to do this and they should be held accountable.

DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED AT QUIRK AUTO BODY
I had my 2010 Chevy Tahoe towed to Quirk Auto Body due to an accident where I was side swiped by a drunk driver. I purchased this vehicle new from Quirk Chevrolet back in March for almost $60k and figured the dealer would be the right place to have it repaired since their technicians must be highly skilled and staff must be professional... boy was I wrong!
During the 6 week repair process, $4800 in damage, I never... view more once got a call from Quirk, I always had to be the one to call if I wanted to know what was going on. When I got the vehicle back, the interior was covered with a white dust, the air bag light was on and the vehicle pulled to the left. I had to bring it back twice to have them repair these problems and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. I ended up paying for 2 weeks of rental car cost out of pocket ($35/day) because they took so long to fix it, was treated rudely and ultimately am not sure if my vehicle was really repaired correctly. It looks ok on the outside but who know if they repaired it right on the inside. I left messages for the body shop manager twice and the service director twice and never got a response from either.
Bottom line is this, I spent $60k for a new vehicle, $4800 for repairs and leave feeling like ANYTHING would be better for Quirk than helping me get my vehicle repaired. I will also add that this was the second Tahoe I have purchased from Quirk so I`ve spent close to $115k with them in the last 5 years.
Never Again...
