WORST EVER

Scam - alert

False advertising: Listed price online (Autotrader.com, Cars.com) was $7,324. McGee Pre-owned Superstore, Pembroke ?ˆ“ Listed Used 2002 Jeep Wrangler at $7,324. We called this morning, 9/16 and asked if the Jeep was still available and if the price listed on-line was accurate. The answer was YES. At the sales office we met sales rep., Mike, test drove the Jeep and then met with him regarding purchase. He asked us wha... view moret we were looking for and we said we were hoping to pay $2,000 down ?ˆ“ payments close to $100. Return offer was $249/month for 60 months and $3,000 down. This would add up to $17,940 at the end of the loan. Even with finance charges this is $9,000 more than their advertised asking price of $7,324. When questioned about this Mike stated that the price on line was ?ˆ?not the sale price but the cost?ˆ? that they paid for the vehicle. When we asked for our information back ?ˆ“ SS#, address, and phone ?ˆ“ Mike ripped off part of the document and handed us the SS# but refused to give us the rest of the paperwork. He told us ?ˆ?That?ˆ™s ours!?ˆ? and put it in his desk drawer. Sales manager on duty - Jeff Greenwald. PS: Falling off the "bannana truck" You never Deal Up... always Down - if you like money in your purse... And the On-line add DID NOT - Repeat - DID NOT - Say "Dealers Cost". SHADY, SHADY DEALERSHIP

Don`t waste your time going to this dealership. All the prices on their website are untrue. They use the bait and switch to rope you in. Don`t even bother calling, they lie about prices on the phone as well. My husband called, they said the price on the internet was the price, and when he went there he was told oh that is the dealer cost, the acutal cost is an extra 3000.00. Total crap. Big-time liers. AWFUL!!!!

I bought a car from them about 3 months ago. As part of the deal they guaranteed me free oil changes for a year. And of course when it came time for an oil change, "they no longer had that deal". Even though it was part of my purchase! After questioning them on how they can not provide services they promised, they threatened to not follow my warranty that I had paid for!
