Trashy, Scumbag LIARS!!!!! (Read this for the truth)
If I could give no stars I would....These people pray on 1st time car buyers and just people in general. Lets be honest, anyone can write a review...Including the people that work at this car dealership! So do I believe these glowing reviews NOT AT ALL!!!! These people tell you to lie on the phone when speaking with loan company, they should actually be shut down for their ill business practices. These scum sucking p... view moreigs are the reason why people hate used car dealers but there are good dealers out there , these low-lives not being them. I would love to tell you every inch of the unbelievably bad, shocking experience I had with these losers that everyone I tell says these people are scum..But I don`t have 3 hours...

Worked With Us
We were looking for a specific car and found it here. Buying a used car is a complicated process and there are always surprises. Paul Cahill and his managers worked with us to correct problems with the vehicle and we are pleased with the end result. There are some very nice high end vehicles in the Prestige inventory. We`re now driving a 2004 Cadillac Deville with more extras than we had anticipated.

* Highly Recommend *
I needed a car pretty fast and wanted something nice reliable and most of all I wanted the process to be painless. Both Paul and Vinny were so nice and helpful. I wasn`t hassled or let down. I would highly recommend Prestige Motors. I needed to get the car by Friday, I bought it Thursday and drove away Friday. I`m very grateful I went there you should too.

AWESOME SERVICE - GREAT PRICE!
I have bought my last 3 cars from Prestige and I have to say that they are always very helpful and I have never had a problem with my cars - ever. I have even called after I bought the car with questions on how to work the radio (they they upgraded for free) or fill power steering etc and instead of just blowing me off they always tell me to come down and they will help me at no cost of course, they are just generall... view morey honest people and I always shop around for my cars and they have always beat the price. You cant go wrong if you buy here, I dont feel like a customer I feel like a friend.

Do not buy from here. VERY shady. Do not trust these people.
Do not buy from this place!!! This place has the most shadiest sales tactic I have ever seen. They listed a 2003 Avalon on autotrader for $14,000 and on craigslist for $13,500. Over the phone I inquired about this car and told them if they would accept $12,000. They said ""yes"", but I realized it was an XL and not an XLS so I told them I can only offer $10,500.
Finally, I decided to go in and test drive... view more the car. The sales rep, Mike, said the car goes for $16.5K. I almost burst out laughing. Anyways, the car drove relatively smooth. It had noticeable scratches and dents. Also, it did not have an alarm system and the spare tire was missing (note that there was also a huge scratch on one of the rims). Possible accident? Someone didn`t report it to carfax?
Anyways, so we went back to the office and I said I can only offer $10,000 for this. The sales rep, Mike, went to speak with his manager, his name was Ken. They accepted the offer, however, i forgot my credit card and couldn`t put a deposit at that moment. I told them I`ll be back in a few days because I live 30 minutes away and with traffic 1 hour. I finally came back, started filling out the purchase & sales agreement. They took my card, charged $100 and later said, we have to talk to the ""boss"" to see if we can sell it for $10,000. At this point, I was heated and ready to just walk out. Ken came back and said that they can only do it for $12K. Once he said that I said ""give me my money back!!! this is messed up!!!"" I was ready to knock someone out and go crazy but I didn`t want to waste any more energy. The manager there is a liar and should go to hell.
These people are the reason why ethics have destroyed the integrity of this economy. Do not buy here!!! Who knows what else they are doing wrong or hiding.
