The finance guy was great, all through both deals, there was no pressure, none of the `lines` that car salesmen use to push the sale. I would go back.

I liked the layout and cleanliness of the dealership

I came here with a friend when he had to get his car inspected and I liked the layout and cleanliness of the dealership. What can I say, I like the smell of fresh rubber in the morning! :) At any rate, it was the first place I thought of when I moved to Boston, found a job in Waltham and realized I needed a car for the first time in my life. I had, until this point, never purchased a car before and the guys at ... view morethis dealership made it so easy. There was no pressure. I explained my situation (just moved here, only been working a week, driving a rental, don`t have a lot of money to put down, and don`t want to spend a lot on a used car). They only showed me cars in my price range, let me play with all of the buttons and drive the car like a maniac (the way I normally drive). They didn`t look at me funny when I opened the trunk and kicked the tires (because my grandpa always does that for some reason, like it`s a sign of a solid car). I ended up purchasing a Suzuki, even though I was torn between it and a Nissan, the salesman listed the reasons why this was the better choice over their own brand. The financing department was also no pressure and I was easily approved for a loan, even though I don`t have the best credit. I drove it off the lot the same day. Best part? They`re an Enterprise affiliate, so I was able to leave my rental car with them and drive off in my new(ish) car.

actually returns phone calls

Kelly the only Nissan dealer in the area that actually returns phone calls, and that`s why you`ll never see my car on the lifts at Ira`s service center.

I highly recommend this dearlership

As for Customer Service: About a month after I took possession of the SUV I experienced a proplem with the wheel bearings and the Service Center took care of everything!!! Overall My experience with Kelly Nissan couldn`t have better. I highly recommend this dearlership.

This one is the best

I went to many many many dealerships around! This one is the best out all of those! Tom Siuda was my salesmen. He was very friendly, professional and helpfully. I leased 2010 Nissan Altima. I love it. When I picked the car today Tom explained all the options in and out of the car, he even helped me to set up my iphone Bluetooth:) Try them before Ira!

they took me immediately which was awesome

I went here for an inspection, they took me immediately which was awesome. To my dismay I had a taillight out and they told me and had me on my way. They couldn`t replace it because they don`t carry the german parts as they are not a german car dealer but the good part is they also didn`t charge me and tell me that I now have to come back to them to get re-inspected. Someone did that to me before and it was annoy... view moreing.
