They have gone out of their way to improve my experience

I had previously posted a poor review of Kelly Infiniti due to some recurring scheduling issues I had with their service department. Since my last review, both the Dealership GM and the Service Manager have gone out of their way to improve my experience, and make sure the isseus will not happen again. I have had two service visits since my last review, and bot were perfect, from scheduling, completion, and communicat... view moreion. My sales experience with Kelly has always been good, and now that the service experience has improved significantly, I would not hesitate to recommend them to and Infiniti owner, or potential purchaser.

Treated with respect

My wife and I bought Infiniti`s from Kelly years ago and had an incredible experience. Unfortunately my wifes car had a transmission issue (a QX4), and the dealer replaced it in two days, provided a lonaer, cleaned the car up like new, and gave us a $0 bill. That`s service! We recently moved back to the Boston area and I went right back to Kelly Infiniti. I walked in, was great by the sales manager Lisa Avola, she im... view moremediately gathered a little info on me and introduced me to Kyle Mosley, who put me in the exact car I wanted and ended up buying. Due to travel all of my negotaiations were via email, I shot them a few comps, and they beat them. I got a great deal, got financing with Meegan Best done in about 15 minutes, and was treated with the respect i execpted from my prior dealings with Kelly.

Highly recommend

Best place for Infiniti service in the area. I could go to Herbies, or Nashua, but neither comes close for service. My only complaint is the loaner cars reak of smoke. Obviously this is the fault of the users of the loaner cars (us), but I assume there is some way to clean them right? I only had a little experience with sales at Kelly, but it was with a brand new salesmen. So I can`t speak much to that. I highl... view morey recommend Kelly Infiniti for service. Especially if you are under warranty.

I am sure we will stop by when we are ready for our next car

We have an Infinity M45 and had to bring it in for service. Since we bought the car used, we hadn`t ever been to Kelly. They were great. After the service my husband commented ""I think that`s the first time I took my car to a dealer that I didn`t feel like they tried to beat me out of something"" The people at service were nice, they called several times to discuss issues with the car. Since we have the extende... view mored warranty, all work except the oil change, filter and wax were covered without hassle or question. They were very diligent in figuring out the squeaking noise the car was making. It was easy to schedule and they asked if I needed a loaner. All around I would say pleasant and easy to work with. Thanks Kelly Infinity, I am sure we will stop by when we are ready for our next new car purchase.
