My vehicle got into an accident and got towed by the town to Weymouth Service Center, Inc. Before towing my car out of the lot, I asked an employee who was towing a car into the lot if I could collect my belongings from the car (GPS and valuables). The employee responded in an extremely rude manner, saying we were not allowed on the property. We did not trespass, but were clearly appalled and upset that we could not ... view morecollect our belongings. As we were about to leave, the employee jumped out of his truck and charged the car we were in, attempting to open the doors to pull my boyfriend out of the car. It was terrifying, and I felt that the employee attempted to cause us harm, and we almost called the police. Needless to say, I will never be doing business with this company ever again, and I am astonished at the lack of professionalism within this business. This employees` unacceptable actions should certainly be addressed by the owner. I would not recommend this business to anybody that I know in the area.

Extremely high prices

Awful. They charge a towing fee, mileage fee of 15 bucks for mileage to drive 3 miles, 35 bucks for 6 hrs of storage, and they also wanted 5 bucks for fuel.
