a bit scary....

I brought my car in for an alignment, with four tire changeover and to have the A/C reviewed. I was told I would be called when the car was ready. I was not called. When picking up the car, I was told I would need to bring it elsewhere to have the A/C serviced. No explanation provided. I am not sure why they claim to do A/C service, if they do no. After I picked the car up, I realized the steering wheel w... view moreas not straight. I brought the car back, and the steering wheel was aligned properly. Then someone questioned why I had the rear wheels on the front, and the front wheels on the rear. I found the tires had been mounted wrong, but only on one side of the car. Considering that the wheels are 9" wide and 7.5" wide, it is hard to understand how they didn`t notice. I didn`t bring the car back, their lack of attention to detail is scary. Too many errors on simple processes. Scary to think that they provide safety related services, such as steering and brake work. Based on my experience there could be many cars out there that are accidents looking for a place to happen due to the carelessness of the service work performed at Grez. Really sad that a business would be so negligent in their attention to detail, which could result in accidents. I had to click a "star" for this process to accept my review, I would have selected no stars due to their poor work, but it wasn`t an option.
