These guys are honest, and willing to back up everything they say with proof, such as receipts for repairs. Prices are some of the lowest in the country, and you get more car with options than you pay for! If you have a problem with something I suggest you call, or visit them first and let them resolve the issue for you. Kam is a very reasonable man, and will stand by his word 100% of the time. He backs his word by putting everything in writing. I purchased this car in July of 2013, and I have not had any issues with this car to date. This is what I call customer service

I was referred to WEBSTER AUTO by my brother in law who purchased 2 cars from Ray. I was told their service was great and I had my doubts for used car dealerships until I walked in and sat down with Ray. I was blown away with what those guys Pulled off. Beware Webster Auto Sales!

Please visit: bewarewebsterautosales dot com (the site would not allow the actual URL to be included) In the summer of 2010 I began looking for a small pickup truck. I found a Ford Ranger on the internet from Webster Auto Sales in Somerville, MA. Because I could not view the vehicle in person before purchasing, I had it checked out (at my expense) by Sentry Auto Group, a Ford and Lincoln dealership in nearby Medford... view more, MA. Sentry`s Service Department found two critical issues they deemed ""Requiring Immediate Attention"": the brakes and the windshield. I told Webster that before we could complete the sale, these items must be repaired. A couple of days later, Webster called and assured me that they had taken care of both items and it was ready for shipment. In August, 2010, I completed the purchase of the vehicle and it was delivered to me in Texas via transport truck from Massachusetts. After the transport driver offloaded the vehicle and drove it the short distance to my house, I immediately smelled burning brakes, and noticed that the windshield was very cloudy. I promptly called Webster and was assured that they had repaired both the brakes and the windshield before the vehicle left their shop. Because it was obvious that the repairs had NOT been made, I decided that it would be wise to document everything from that point on. Over the next six months I reached out numerous times in an attempt to fairly settle this issue with Reza Parinejad, Webster`s general manager, but to no avail. As a result, I decided to fight back in whatever way I could, and set up a website to tell my story. I strongly advise you to avoid Webster Auto Sales, but if you are considering a purchase from them, you should first visit my above site.
