I purchased my 2003 Subaru outback there about a months back now. The car is still in great running condition just as good as the day i left the lot with it. Ed the owner was very nice and very helpful with getting all the information to get the car on the road. He also stayed true to his word and told me anything minor that needed replacement he would fix and did exactly that. We never think that someone can make a comment like that about was, even after we make all the effort to address the problem, and fix the car. . I guess we cannot make everybody happy. There is no such thing as 0 stars. This business deserves it. To say that their business practices are shady is a gross understatement. They stoop to the lowest levels of deception to sell cars. Be aware and make sure you get the car checked by a mechanic before you buy because you`ll be in for a ride. A pre-purchase inspection costs about 60 bucks at Dan`s auto repair in Malden. YOU ARE WARNED
