consistently go out of their way

The Service department at Lawless Chrysler Jeep was friendly and concerned at addressing my repair issue(leaky oil pan gasket) on my Town and Country vechile. They repaired the vechile in a timely manner and updated me on some potential concerns (front brake pads and rotors) on future repairs. I feel that they consistently go out of their way to get the job done properly.

I recently got a recall notice on the ball joints in the Jeep. We go the notice on a Thursday, tried to call Herb Chambers that Friday to make We proceeded to call Kelly and had an appointment that Wednesday. Not only did they immediately help us make and change an appointment, our first one conflicted, but we got the vehicle in early, and they did a few extra things in a very timely manner.an appointment. Very pleased

I`m pleased to inform you that we were able to do business together yesterday. Jim Newbegin in sales did a great job for us. It was very refreshing to meet a salesman we were able to relate to.
