Christmas Motors is by far the...

Christmas Motors is by far the worst company I have ever done business with. Up until now I have gone to Christmas Motors several times a month for a rental car. This time around I rented a car for a month at an agreed weekly fee with the company. The first issue I had with the company is it was agreed that I would pay the full amount when the car was returned. They then went against our agreement and charged my cred... view moreit card during the time I had the car. This was annoying because they clearly went against what was agreed and never notified me that they were going to be doing that, but it was something I could deal with. My opinion of this company went from alright service to horrible and easily the worst service I have ever dealt with today July 16, 2012. I returned my rental car last night and this morning to my surprise my bank statement was way off. The owner of the company Peter Christmas overcharged my credit card by a month. Peter decided somehow that I have had the car for 2 months instead of the month in which I actually had it for. I caught this in my bank statement so I called down and talked to Peter. He told me he made a mistake and that he was going to refund me the extra month he charged my card. Then once again he goes against his word. He decided it would be a better idea to charge my card again for the correct amount without consulting me about this charge at all. So now I am overcharged for about $1000 dollars and the money I was counting on for the day is no longer available. I have called several times for him to tell me there is nothing he can do and I am beating a dead animal. Peter Christmas was absolutely useless and when I requested a check for the voided balance he told me ?ˆ?that?ˆ™s great but it?ˆ™s not going to happen?ˆ?. I have never in my life been so disrespected by any company and dealt with someone so unwilling to help when it comes to mistakes they made. p.s I do not know who this Bryan is that people are talking about, but I assure you I am not him

Wonderful Services, Excellent Advice

The guys at Christmas Motors were extremely helpful. I am new to the area and needed some work done. Some of my coworkers recommended them and said I would be taken care of. They were right!!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Lee, he scheduled and appointment for me. Byran worked on my car and explained what he had done. It was nice to have someone talk to me and explain what they were doing and why. I have been to... view more other car dealerships to have work done, and have had the big run around. That did not happen at Christmas Motors. They will be the only place that I will have work done and when I need a new car that will be the first and only place I will go.

Trustworthy, Decent, Reasonable, Respectful

These guys have been wonderful to us and to our friends! I wouldn`t dream of taking any of my vehicles anywhere else!! They are all super nice and very helpful. As a woman, these types of places are HARD TO FIND, believe me!! Thanks guys!!

Great service

I have had nothing but good service and curteous treatment from Christmas Motors. They fix what you ask them to fix and don`t pad the bill with extra, unnecessary repairs. I`m very surprised by the negative reviews that some members have written. That doesn`t jive with the many testimonials the place has received and from the experience of people in the community.

CARBAGE

That describres the place, carbage. If you shop for a cheap car here ask if they have ever serviced the car. If they say ""yes"", don`t walk from the place, RUN. Quantity yes, Quality no. I wouldn`t trust them to put air in the tires.

Not very good - can`t recommend the place.

I have brought my car in here a number of times. Unfortunately for the same repair which they can`t seem to get right. My advice is go to a dealer, it was what I eventually did. I was not happy with the service, I can take only so much good will and excuses. They failed to deliver what was needed.

Best dealer and repair shop I have ever used

I have been using Christmas Motors for more than 25 years. They have always gone out of there way to make sure everthing is just right.
Their star Technician, Bryan Flood is the best around and always checks everything in the car, regardless of what it is in for.
The sales department is fair and never pushy, a rare find these days.
