Amazing Service

I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride to get a rental and handled all the details (with no out of pocket expenses). They also fought with my insurance company to use NEW parts and not fix old broken ones. I think that alone is enough to take your car there. Service was great and the work spoke for itself. Avoid this place. They do not do a decent paint job and they steal parts from your car. They may sound good at first, but they will overcharge your credit card if you do not cooperate with their insurance fraud. They are thieves and will rip you off. And you may be in trouble if you go there. Stay far far away. Avoid at all cost.

Crooks and Thieves

I went to Century Auto Collision & Svc for a small paint job on my rear bumper, they said it would take 3 days, but within the 3 days, they called me to say that my car was broken into and parts were stolen. They gave me a rental car, and I thought it was fine, but my car repairs took more than 2 months. The nightmare began when I saw my car and all the parts that were said to be stolen looked like the ones I boug... view moreht and on the insurance claim form, they did a lot more repairs than was required, and when I did not play along their game and reported to the police, they charged me $6000 for car rental. bank of america settled and I still had to pay 50% of the car rental which was very stupid. These insurance frauds will lie and steal to rip you off. Never go there if you want just a simple job.
