I bought a remote starter 1 year ago from another store and they couldnt get my door locks to work and it would start the car when it felt like it i was told it was top of the line but still couldnt figure out why it wouldnt work after a month of going back and forth I finally took it to Osprey and they never tried to sell me another product they tried to fix what the other store couldnt they came to the conclussion ... view morethat between the remote start was faulty probably due to the way it was wired in. They took the time to show me what a mess was made so I decided to go with one of there remote starters and i got there top of the line for $100.00 less then what paid for previously after they installed it they show me the difference on how they wired it up i could barely see any wires nothing wrapped around different things it just seem so professional as it was when I walked in I got greeted the owners managers and even some of the technicians, i felt they were tring to make me feel comfortable knowing i JUST HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE 1 MONTH EARLIER. Jeff the owner took me out to my car and showed me how to use my new remote starter and everything worked great but as i was driving away I notice that the check engine light was not on anymore, i called Osprey and told him why is this possible and he explained to me that the previous shop hooked into a wire that they should not have which may have been the problem all along but he could not tell untill he took it out. Jeff was uneasy telling me this information because he didnt was to sound like he was talkimg bad about another store. Osprey shows and everyone there has a lot of class. I recomend Osprey to everyone.
And if i went there first i would have saved my self $500.00.

the very best!!!

most people are very fussy, i am one of those people. my experience @ OSPREY was the BEST. excellent customer service before and AFTER thesale. my remote starter eas installed with perfection and i was shown how to use it by the installer and by the manager. the price was vey good and they picked me up from my office to bring me back to the store/////////////i would highly reccomend to all!!!!!

Horrible!! Rude!! Overpriced!!

What a nightmare experience I had with this place & the rude owner. They quoted 4 different prices for a car starter gift certificate, my fiance went to use the certificate, Owner said I bought the wrong thing & tried to get him to spend $200 more. Brought the car to be done at 815am, didn?t get the car until 5p. 11 hours working on the car & they gave us the car with the whole lock system NOT working. Owner is claim... view moreing we did something to the lock system. If we were that car savvy wouldn?t we have just bought a car starter package & installed it ourselves? We said we wanted the starter removed and our money back - Owner said for us to get a lawyer he deals with them all the time, we would never get your money back. That just tells you what kind of operation this is! Also SHOP AROUND we found out the mechanic we normally use does the exact same package for $100 CHEAPER! Huge difference & he easily fixed the lock problem they created.

OK products but dreadful after-sale service

Initially I was fairly pleased with the products (and installation) I received from Osprey - a Blackberry ""Parrot"" hands free unit and a satellite radio. But when my Parrot stopped working I started having problems. When I brought my car back one of the managers said I spilled food on the unit (I hadn`t) and scheduled me for a replacement a week later. When I showed up for the replacement the other manager seemed... view more surprised to see me and didn`t have a replacement in stock. Then he decided the problem was likely a Blackberry issue and suggested I speak to Verizon about it. After Verizon told me this morning it was unlikely a Blackberry issue I called back Osprey and reached the first manager who impatiently insisted it wasn`t a Parrot issue. When I said I`m caught between 2 vendors who are telling me different things he said he had a shop full of customers, then he HUNG UP on me. I won`t be giving them any more business. They apparently care a LOT more about the sale than about taking care of the customer after the sale.
