Don?ˆ™t expect quality service. The technicians aren?ˆ™t adequately skilled -yes the owner - and did an incompetent job diagnosing problems. You?ˆ™ll pay for repairs until they finally find real problem. Unfortunately the owner is lacking in business customer relations and can?ˆ™t negotiate without extreme emotions. Do yourself a favor and find another shop.

I would give them zero stars if possible. The mechanic was rude, condescending, and incompetent. He failed to properly diagnose what was wrong with my car and performed unnecessary repairs which did not fix the primary complaint that I came in with. After I informed him that the complaint was not fixed by his repair, he would not refund what I paid him or offer to properly repair my car. The mechanic was extremely u... view morenpleasant and rude to work with. It would be a gamble to take your car here. They are very frustrating to work with and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awful. Totally rip...
Absolutely awful. Totally ripped me off. I had my car towed there, was from several miles out of town, and unfortunately the owner, Ritchie, knew this and took advantage. I was charged more than double what I should have been charged for the repair done, and when I questioned the pricing, he just said "OK, well, then come get it.". He knew this was not an option for me, so knew I had to ... view morepay up. I have had this same repair done to the same car previously, and it cost less than half of what Ritchie charged me. On top of this, since I was from an hour plus away from Hudson, I could not pick up the car during business hours. I wanted to pay by phone/CC so I could pick up the car after hours, which I have done several times in the past at other shops. Ritchie refused, citing the fact that he had to pay a small service fee for that type of transaction, which made me re-arrange my schedule and drive cross-state during my work day.
