We have had both our cars serviced at Paul`s Auto Body. Fabio provided excellent service to us and we will definitely be back. Great service, great work, very good communication and the cars were done on time! When picking up the car Fabio carefully explained everything done and the final price was very reasonable. And imagine this - Fabio caught an error on the final bill and made it right to lower my bill. Fabio and his crew are truly perfectionists. The personal touch and quality of work have no equal. Our car is back in perfect condition, it looks like new. I am glad we had the repairs done there

Took my car to Paul`s Auto Body and Fabio was excellent. The work done was excellent and they were very efficient. At the shop they were very professional and polite. I would HIGHLY recommend Paul,s Auto Body.

These guy`s are the best in the business! Hand`s down. By looking at my 2009 Mercedes GL550 i thought that it would never be on the road again! But Fabio proved me wrong. He showed me that he really knows his stuff. My car was done quick and right the first time and looks brand new again! Thank you guy`s! You will forever have my business!!!!!!!

Don`t Buy From Them

I have had body work done by them, and they have done a good job.

I bought a used 1996 Toyota from them for about $3600, and they told me ""it hadn`t been driven much"". It turns out it had had an accident. But the worst part was, after I had driven it for about a year, it needed so much work (front end running gear, brakes, ball joints, etc etc etc, that the dealer wanted $10,000 to get it so it could pass ... view moreinspection. My local mechanic would have done that work for $5000. But why throw $5000 in good money after $3600 in bad money?

So, don`t buy a car from them!

Mixed bag

I brought my car here to get fixed after an accident (commerce insured). I asked them to take care of the engine and the bumper damage. They took care of the bumper damage, but barely looked at the engine damage, then told me that the insurance would not cover it (I had to insist that they call the appraiser). If they had been more on the ball about my car, I could have called the insurance company to deal with th... view moreis myself. Also, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!! I got a car that ran horribly and had tons of body damage. They then pointed out one of like 8 dents and said it was not there before I rented it. It felt to me as though they were trying to strong arm me to give them a few hundred dollars.

In conclusion, for the work they did do for me, they did an awesome job, but they were slow and did not address all the issues. They are Commerce insured which is a plus, just do not rent a car from their ""Available Car Rental.""
