I can not belive what this person wrote. I have been there many times with my van and so has all of the people from my work, and I work for company that has over fifty employees in it, and I have not heard of any one of them with a problem with this monro. In fact the store manager Shane Demoura is one of the honest people that I have every meet. And my follow employees feel the same way. Dishonestly

Today I went there for an oil change and I requested for a tire rotation. When I came back the manager Shane Demoura said that the tire rotation was done. But I marked my tires before and saw that he never rotated me tires. Then he told me that he never did it. This was a very dishonest thing to do. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of their scamming lies.
