Steer clear and away.

This place is unprofessional, and not consumer friendly. Almost borderline rude. The services I was looking for was a state inspection sticker. They will reject you for anything. I heard him rejecting everyone for the smallest thing as I waited. I know they have a job to do, but I feel like it was overboard. If you have the slightest doubt, don`t go here...they will reject you.

Unfair business practices! Stay away!

Took my car in because it was misfiring. Mechanic seemed nice enough to check it out. I told him it was either the coil pack or exhaust issue. He pulled it in, I waited a minute and he told me he needed more time. I protested because I had a doctors appointment. He said "don`t worry, I will check it out and call you within the hour". So in leave it, he calls me and says its the coil pack on cylinder 4. He s... view moreaid it would cost 200 bucks to fix. I told him I couldn`t do it right now because it wasn`t a pay week. Can you believe that because I couldn`t fix the car right away he charged me a 69.00 diagnostic fee! They never mentioned this kind of fee, be never told me if I left my car I would have to pay (which at that point if he did I would have taken the car elsewhere" then he wouldn`t let me take the keys until I paid! extortion!! I complained to Angelo the next day, he didn`t let me get a word in and then told me he didn`t need customers like me Anyway! Stay far away! Update- took car to the shell right down the street, they checked it for free and guess what! It was cylinder 3 not 4! Not only did they wrongfully charge me but they gave me the wrong diagnosis!!! I won`t even get gas here anymore!
