WORST Customer Service EVER - DON`T GO HERE!!

Worst Experience EVER! Signed paperwork, changed my mind, was told too bad the car was mine and I was forced to purchase the vehicle. 6 weeks later my engine light and stabilizer was flashing saying it needed service ... was told need to pay to fix it and they will not pay for my rental car. Really, 6 weeks later? Was told it could be anything... exactly my point, it could be anything! Why am I responsible for it? I am the owner of a 2001 z28 C...

I am the owner of a 2001 z28 Camaro. I had to have the steering rack replaced, the work was done at Quirk Chevrolet Portland Maine. Last Weekend I took it on the highway about 25 miles. I smelled oil burning. I get home and park.The next morning after a rain I see a rainbow coming from my car. I bring it to another dealer and they tell me that a bolt, a rack mount bolt was cut and left sitting on top of the rack righ... view moret under the oil pan. it put a hole in the pan that was now leaking oil. Quirk looked up the paper work but said because it was a repaired over a year ago they would do nothing. They were the only people to work on it.
